对情绪失调的智力障碍学生心理辅导的个案研究

摘    要:情绪失调是一种常见的心理问题,它严重影响了孩子的心理健康和身体发育。为了避免情绪失调所带来的厌学、退缩、拒食等问题行为,探索改变情绪失调的有效策略,本研究从认知的角度出发采用了心理辅导及家庭介入的方法,取得了比较理想的效果。研究发现,通过改变家庭环境中的人为因素以及运用认知重建等策略能较好地改变因情绪失调产生的问题行为。

Abstract:Emotional disorder is a common psychological problem which greatly impedes children's psychological and physical development.In order to avoid problematic behaviors like tiredness of study,flinch and refusal of eating brought by emotional disorder,and to explore effective strategies of changing emotional disorder,this research adopts methods of psychological guidance and family intervention from the cognitive perspective and obtains satisfactory results.The research shows that strategies of altering artificial factors in families and applying cognitive reconstruction can have better results in modifying problematic behaviors caused by emotional disorder.
