| 摘 要： | 本文试图通过对美欧关系历史和现状的回顾和分析,特别是美国与法德为代表的欧盟围绕伊拉克战争产生的分歧与争执,说明美欧之间共同利益大于它们的分歧之处,双方在重大的原则问题上、在关键性领域仍能保持一致,美欧关系仍是当今世界上最为密切的关系之一。

| Abstract: | Looking back to the diplomatic relations between USA and EU,this paper makes an analysis of the status quo of the US-EU relations,especially the conflict and debate between the United states and France and German concerning Iraq war.In this way,this paper aims to show that the mutual benefit between USA and EU prevails whereas the conflict between two sides is still placed in the second place.The two sides reach consensus with each other in important issues of principle in many key fields.The relations between USA and EU are still one of the most intimate ones in the world. |
