| 摘 要： | 从知识分类的角度看,任何组织的知识实际上由四类知识构成,除了显性知识和隐性知识,还存在模式知识和关系知识。以各类知识的流动和相互转化为基础,知识创新的过程可以分为生成、转换和集成三种路径及多种具体途径。对这些创新路径及其特性的深入理解,有助于企业合理选择知识创新的具体战略。

| Abstract: | The organizational knowledge consists of four categories.Apart from explicit and tacit knowledge,there are mode and relation knowledge.Based on the flow and changes of the knowledge categories,the processes of knowledge innovation exist in three routes: self-born,conversion and integration,which include many concrete approaches.To understand these routes and their characteristics will be beneficial to select the suitable strategies of knowledge innovation. |
