| Abstract: | The investment environmental assessment system of urban district of Chongqing is an integralized system with integration of data base,geographic.Information system,assessment analysis model and expert system.The selection of assessment factors of the investment environment in the system fully takes into account of factors like locational conditions,natural conditions,transportation and economic conditions,population and social conditions,finance and market potentials.Weighting is given according to investment directions of different factors.Synthetic and spatial analysis assessment was conducted to make the result real and reliable. |
