| 摘 要： | 近年来我国大部分高校实行了学分制教学管理制度改革。本文分析了学分制的实施对高校学生教育管理工作提出的诸多挑战,并在总结和借鉴西方发达国家大学管理经验的基础上,提出了我国高校学生教育管理工作应当采取的新模式。
