| 摘 要： | 提出了高职高专进行质量监控和评价的必要性、依据及组织实施者，并针对高职高专质量监控与评价现状，要求构建这一监控与评价体系必须坚持实效性、可行性、动态性原则，要注意高职高专教学质量监控的多元性，并构建一个系统的、可操作的监控与评价网络。

| Abstract: | The article puts forward the necessity, basis and organizers of conducting teaching quality control and evaluation. In view of its current situation, the article puts forward that we should stick to the principle of the actual effect, feasibility and dynamicability, pay more attention to the multiple characters of teaching quality control and construct the practical network of control and evaluation. |
