| 摘 要： | 阐述厦门体育旅游各种自然资源,让人们在旅游的过程中,充分享受大自然和后天人为所提供的各种条件进行体育锻炼,陶冶情操,使人们在旅游中增进身、心健康。倡导以“自然、和谐、健康”为主体,从体育旅游的主题精神出发。依靠大自然给予人类的自然资源和财富,有机地和体育锻炼结合在一起。以这个主题指导厦门乃至来厦门旅游观光的群众性体育活动蓬勃开展。体育健身旅游对促进人们的和谐发展（身体和心理）、社会进步和经济的腾飞有着深远意义。通过分析研究,最后得出结论：厦门的自然风景优势、经济优势、区位优势、侨台优势、气候的优势、人才的优势、以及交通优势等等。

| Abstract: | Through describing all kinds of natural resources of Xiamen sports traveling, the paper aims to help people make good use of natural and social conditions to travel and at the same time do sports. From the spirit of sports traveling, it proposes that people combine traveling with sports in accordance with the theme of " nature, harmony and health". The theme can be applied to guide the development of mass sports activities for Xiamen citizens and visitors to Xiamen as well. In fact, sports body - training traveling is of far - reaching significance for people's harmonious growth both physical and psychological, social development and economic improvement. Furthermore, it is an inexorable trend in human society and a kind of cultural communication, which is helpful to the development of social civilization. Through analysis and survey, we make a conclusion: the advantages of Xiamen in natural landscape, economy, closeness to Taiwan, climate, talents and traffic greatly ensure the development of sports bodybuilding traveling. So it is possible to develop sports bodybuilding traveling in Xiamen. |
