影响6500K卤磷粉收率的理化过程分析

摘    要:本文主要对影响6500K卤磷酸钙荧光粉(简称卤磷粉)收率的理化过程进行分析,得出结论为:影响卤磷粉产品收率的主要理化过程是原料制备、提纯过程的结晶及灼烧过程中的扩散等。明确了受操作者影响较大的因素,细化了工艺操作规程,帮助企业解决了产品收率因生产班组而异的难题。

The influence of the different factors by operater is Determined, The process operation system is Refined, Helping enterprises solve the problem of product yield varies depending on the production team varies.
