| Abstract: | Let F, K be skew field, chF denotes the characteristic of F, SL_n(F) denotes the special linear group of degree n over F. The author proves that if chF is odd, n>m and n≥3, then the homorphisms from SL_n(F) to SL_m(K) are all trivial. |
