| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国社会体育实践发展超前而法制建设相对落后的现状。文章参照国外大众体育发达国家法制建设历程和经验,吸收其成功经验和优秀成果,并紧密结合我国社会体育发展的具体实践,研究相应对策,完善我国社会体育法制,以促进我国社会体育的良性运行和协调发展提供理论依据。
