| 摘 要： | 读者工作是图书馆工作中不可或缺的组成部分,但由于受外部环境和内在因素影响,中小型高校图书馆读者工作还存在诸多不足之处.文章通过对中小型高校图书馆读者工作现状的分析,探究读者工作可改进之处,对于读者工作再建提出一些建议.
