摘    要:从培训理念三个层次的转变入手,说明战略性培训已成为企业获取竞争优势的主要工具,从培训机构到培训实路都能为组织持续学习提供有力支持。由此,构建一个基于战略性培训的组织持续学习支持系统,通过终身学习、全员学习、全过程学习和团体学习的开展,保证组织的持续学习。

Abstract:Starting from three levels of training concept transition.it indicates that strategic training has already become a main tool for obtaining the competitive advantage in enterprises and can provide powerful support to organizational continuous learning from training structure to training practices. It also establishes a support system of organizational continuous learning based on strategic training, which may ensure organizational continuous learning through lifetime learning ,all-employee learning, cross-process learning and team learning.
