| 摘 要： | 以中国文化背景下的高职生为研究对象,运用实证方法,调查、了解家庭环境等因素对高职生职业成熟度的影响。研究结果表明,父母教育程度、父母职业、家庭月收入水平、依恋类型等因素,对其职业成熟度均有不同程度的影响。因此,应采取有效措施,加强高职生职业成熟度的培养。
