我国服务业的比较优势与“入世”后国际竞争战略

摘    要:我国即将加入世界贸易组织,这对我国服务业参与国际竞争来说,即是 机遇,也是挑战。文章依据优势理论和国际徨产折衷理论分析了我国服务业的相对优势,以及服务业企业的所有权优势,内部化优势和区位优势,提出了我国服务业参与国际的部门及部门内结构选择,参与方式选择以及地域分布选择战略,同时对政府应该发挥的作用进行了探讨。

Relative Advantages of China's Service Industry and Its International Competition Strategy after China's Entry into WTO

Abstract:China is to enter WTO, which are both an opportunity and a challenge for Chinese service industry.in the international competition. In light of the theory of relative advantage and of international production compromise, this paper analyzes the relative advantages of China's service industry and the advantages of the service trades in ownership, internalization and geographical locations. Moreover. this paper also puts forth strategies for the selection of China's service industry units and their internal organization, of their participation manner and of their regional distribution in international competition. Finally. the functions of the government have also been touched upon in the paper.
