| Abstract: | The merge of relevant universities in China in the late 20th century brings about a series of challenges in various aspects such as ferment and restructuring of campus culture, re-division of power, adjustment of specialties and reduction of redundant personnel to raise efficiency. How these challenges should be properly dealt with has much to do with the success of the merge in question. |
