| 摘 要： | 中美两国高校学生管理模式因国情不同,在管理体制、工作内容、管理区域定位和学生管理队伍结构等方面存在不同特征。中国高校学生管理模式是专兼职结合,美国高校的专业化特点突显。为取长补短,提高学生管理质量和效率,中国高校学生管理应减少管理层次,相对集中管理职权;重视建立学生管理队伍专业化水平;重视学生宿舍管理;为学生提供参与管理的机会;增强学生工作服务功能。

| Abstract: | Due to cultural differences between China and America,student management patterns in these two countries differ in several aspects,including management system,job contents,allocation of management areas,as well as structure of management team.In China,college student management is done by either professional or part-time patterns;while the US management focuses more on professional operations.To offset its weakness,China college should flatten its management layers,thus centralize management power.Management team should be professionalized,and dormitory management should be emphasized.Moreover,students can be empowered to participate in management process;at the same time,service functions of student management should be enhanced. |
