高校青年教师的婚恋压力及主观幸福感的相关研究

摘    要:本研究采用自编高校青年教师婚恋压力量表、段建华修订的总体幸福感量表,对武汉地区5所高校300名35岁以下青年教师进行调查。结果发现:高校青年教师存在较大的婚恋压力;高校青年教师主观幸福感稍微高于全国男性和女性常模,属于中等偏上;高校青年教师的伴侣压力、家庭压力、经验压力与主观幸福感显著负相关。

Abstract:The study adopted the questionnaire which was worked out to measure the marriage or love stress of young teachers in Colleges and Universities and General Well-being Schedule revised by Duan Jianhua to investigate three hundred young teachers under the age of 35 from five colleges in Wuhan. The result is that young college teachers have greater pressure of marriage or love; young college teachers' subjective well-being is equal to and slightly higher than the national norm for men and women. The partner pressure, family pressure, experience stress have significantly negative correlation with subjective well-being for the young teachers in colleges and universities.
