| 摘 要： | 随着人类进入新的千年,中俄两国关系也进入了新的发展阶段,中俄战略协作伙伴关系已经达到新的深度;但是,冷静地看,中俄关系发展过程中也存在一些问题,正视问题并努力解决问题,才能使两国关系继续深入发展;今后一个时期是两国关系发展的战略机遇期,营造一个和平稳定的国际环境特别是周边环境将是两国对外政策的主要任务,共同的利益需求和深厚的战略利益基础,将使两国关系发展前景广阔。

| Abstract: | With human beings stepping into the new millennium, Sino-Russia relation has begun a new development stage in which Sino-Russia strategic cooperative companionship has reached a new depth. But there still exist some problems in the process of developing Sino-Russia relation. We need to face up to them and make an endeavor to solve them in order to keep the bilateral relation moving on continuously and deeply. The subsequent days will be days of strategic challenge to the development of the bilateral relation when the creation of a peaceful and stable international especially neighboring environment should be regarded as a major task of the foreign policy of the two countries. The common need of interests and the solid base of strategic interests will provide a bright prospect for the development of the bilateral relation. |
