| 摘 要： | 科研素质是生物工程专业创新人才专业能力素质基本要求的核心.在生物工程专业学生科研素质培养方面,经过6年的深入探索与实践,提出了"五会—四知—三懂—两能—一有"的生物工程专业创新人才专业能力素质的基本要求;建立了一个适应培养专业创新人才需要,提高学生科研素质的"311"理论课程教学模式及"5+1"实验课程教学新模式;构建了一个融课程学习、参与教师科研、课外科技活动、毕业论文与设计四位一体的学生科研素质培养体系,实现了教学相长的良性互动;并有计划、有组织、有目标、有措施地组织学生参加科学研究,形成了"抓关键、构载体、搭平台、重核心、强管理、立创新、求特色"的学生科研素质培养模式,发挥了学生的主体作用,取得显著成绩.
