| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育院校是以培养数以千万计的生产、建设、管理、服务第一线技术应用型人才为目标的教育基地,是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,但是,高职院校要在激烈竞争的教育市场中取得优势,求得持续、健康发展,就必须培育和提升自身的核心竞争力。本文将在界定高职院校核心竞争力概念、特征的基础上,对构成高职院校核心竞争力的要素进行分析,对培育和提升高职院校核心竞争力主要措施进行系统的阐述。

| Abstract: | Vocational schools are education bases where hundreds and thousands of people,whose future work will be on manufacturing,constructing,administrative and service sectors,are trained.It is an important part of the education system in China.However,to obtain the chances of continuous developing in a competitive education market,it is important to develop its key competence.Thus how to identify the concept of key competence of the vocational schools,its factors,and its approaches to develop will be discussed in this paper. |
