| 摘 要： | 我国是一个缺水的国家，随着社会经济的发展，我国的水资源问题越来越严重，已成为制约社会经济发展的“瓶颈”．实施可持续发展战略，水资源的可持续利用是重要一环，本文论述了我国水资源的四大特点及其开发利用中存在的问题，提出了七项可持续利用对策．

| Abstract: | Water is a important natural resources to any country.The problems of water resources of our country are becoming more and more serious with its social-economic developing and even become the key factors limiting development of our country.The article elaborates four special features of water resources in china and three problems of it's exploiting and utilization and put forward seven countermeasures for it's sustainable utilization. |
