| 摘 要： | 分区定额与原籍应试是清代科举制的两大基本原则。在原籍应试原则之外,又存在针对流动人口而实行的寄籍应试之法。由于科举录取率以及考生科场竞争力的区域差异等原因,在人口流动越发普遍的社会背景下,不同地区均存在程度不一的冒籍应试问题。清政府试图通过廪保、官员担保等机制防治此类舞弊现象,但其实际治理效果比较有限。探讨清代科举冒籍问题,对于更加全面、深刻地认识以及治理当今高考移民问题具有重要的参考价值与借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In the Qing Dynasty , allocating quota by region and taking examination with one’s ancestral home register were the two basic principles for the imperial examinations. In addition , there was a kind of temporary-home-examination for floating examinees. Because of the difference of the admitting rates and academic ability in different regions , many examinees went to the other regions to take imperial examinations , especially in the population migration backgrounds. Therefore, there has been the vary degrees of counterfeit-home-register examinations in different regions. The Qing government tried to adopt the scholar-guarantee and official-guarantee mechanism to prevent this kind of fraud phenomenon; however , the actual effects were very limited. To explore Qing Dynasty’s phenomenon of taking examinations by pretending as other region’s household register is very referential for understanding and solving the "migration problem" in the college entrance examination system in China. |
