| 摘 要： | 科学发展观与构建社会主义和谐社会这两大战略思想，是我们党在领导中国改革开放和现代化建设过程中的又一次理论创新。科学发展观是构建社会主义和谐社会的指导思想，本质上是和谐社会论；构建社会主义和谐社会是贯彻科学发展观的实践要求，是社会主义发展的必由之路；二者统一于中国特色社会主义的伟大实践之中。

| Abstract: | The two strategic thinking of scientific development concept and building a harmonious socialist society are theoritic innovation of our Party in the leadering China＇s reform and opening up and modernizational construction. The scientific development concept which is essentially a theory of a harmonious society, is the guiding ideology to build a harmonious socialist society; building a socialist harmonious society is the practical requirements and the only way for the development of socialism; the two are united in the great practice of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
