| 摘 要： | 武术是高校体育教学中的基本内容之一,动作复杂多变,技法万千,有别于其它体育项目而有其自身的特点和规律,给大学生在掌握动作和学习方法上带来一定困难,文章通过对武术技术教学改革的分析,以学生为本,就高校大学生学武术之前,先学“四会”——会看、会听、会练、会复习进行了较为深入的探讨。

| Abstract: | Wushu is one of the basic subjects of physical education in universities, Different from other sports, Wushu, with complicated and changeable actions and skills, has its own features and rules. This brings college students difficulties in mastering the actions and learning the skills. With the analysis on the Wushu skills teaching reformation, the paper centered around the students and made a deep discussion on the students' mastering four skills-observing, listening ,practicing and reviewing before learning Wushu. |
