| 摘 要： | 未成年人道德教育是公民道德建设中的未来工程，也是基础性工程。在社会转型时期，道德教育环境的营造是未成年人的思想道德建设中一个重要问题。只有进行有效的道德教育，把学校、家庭、社会和同辈群体德育环境有机整合起来，才能为未成年人思想道德建设营造一个良好的德育氛围。

| Abstract: | The education of minors on morality is a future project in the morality construction of the whole social citizens. It is also a basic project. During the transitional period of society, the building-up of an education environment becomes a main concern for the education of minors on morality. Only when schools, families, the surrounding environment and the whole society are organically integrated, can the morality construction of minors enjoy a favorable environment. |
