| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、录像资料统计等研究方法,对近年来中外竞技健美操男单项目成套动作中的难度动作进行对比分析。结果表明其所选难度数量与规则要求基本相符;难度类型没有缺组现象;但难度级别明显低于国际水平,且完成质量较差;难度动作在整套动作中的布局均衡性不够,还有待于改进。

| Abstract: | Using the method of documentation ,video statistics etc,the author analysed the difficulty action of Athletic Aerobics between Chinese and Foreign men's single project of recent years.The result shows: the difficulty quantity conform basically with the rule;difficulty type does not lack group's phenomenon; But the rank of difficulty is obviously lower than the world level,and it is inferior in quality to finish ;the whole set of difficulty actions are not enough,which should be improved. |
