| 摘 要： | 在新的历史条件下，企业思想政治工作出现了许多新的变化。针对当今思想政治工作发展变化的趋势，提出了思想政治工作从政治理论的说教向科学文化的嬗变，更多的融入了文化内涵这一课题。通过分析思想政治工作突显文化蕴涵的深层次原因，指出了在新形势下“文化型”思想政治工作的着力点和实现途径。

| Abstract: | In the new historical conditions, enterprise ideological and political work has had many new changes. This paper, on the development trends of the current ideological and political work, puts forward the change of ideological and political work from a political theory preaching to the evolution of science and culture, which is more integrated into the cultural connotation of the subject. By analyzing the deep - seated reasons of highlighting the cultural implication of the ideological and political work, the author points out the focuses and the realization approaches of ＂cultural type＂ ideological and political work in the new situation. |
