| 摘 要： | 根据将创新分为突破性创新与渐进性创新的分类方法，通过分析不同类型创新的特点，在野中郁次郎的SECI知识转化模型的基础上，提出高技术企业两类不同创新类型下的知识转化机理并提出相应知识管理建议。在此基础上进一步提出高技术企业应当在三个方面提高知识转化效率：信息技术的充分利用，知识库的不断完善，创新文化及激励环境的构建。
