| 摘 要： | 从查新人员素质、客户交流、查新资源建设等方面,提出加强高校科技查新咨询工作竞争力、提高查新质量的具体措施,并针对客户群的需求,开展个性化的增值服务,如竞争情报、专利查新、SCI投稿、前景预测、专题定题服务,扩展高校科技查新机构社会化服务的途径,变被动的科技查新服务为主动,更好地与国际信息咨询服务业接轨.
