| 摘 要： | 主要采用问卷调查法对中山市汽车流动图书馆的18个服务点进行用户满意度调查研究,结果表明:用户对"服务影响"维度评分最高,"资源利用"维度评分最低。总结出汽车流动图书馆存在的问题,并提出针对性的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the user satisfaction of 18 service points of Zhongshan city mobile library by questionnaire study method.The survey result shows that: Affect of Service gets the highest score and Resource Utilization does the worst of three dimensions.This papers brings up the currently existing problems and puts forward some improvement suggestions. |
