| 摘 要： | 个人信用信息的征集使用是信用信息服务的重点内容,从信用信息服务过程中对于个人信用信息主体权益的保护入手,系统分析了加强个人信用信息主体合法权益保护的现实意义,在对比研究国内外相关法律法规及做法的基础上,结合我国实际提出了加强信息主体权益保护的相关对策。
