| 摘 要： | 从新生代农民工价值观变化出发,实证分析新生代农民工的信息需求,提出相应的信息服务对策。新生代农民工职业信息需求高和培训信息需求强,政府、企业与公共图书馆应高度重视农民工信息服务,多渠道多方式开展针对性的新生代农民工信息服务。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the characteristic of the young generation of migrant workers,discusses their sense of worth,and points out that the workers have changed their information requirements,which presents a higher requirements in the occupational information and the training information.Here also puts forward some measures for the government,the corporation and the library,about how to develop our information services,aims at the information requirements of the young generation of migrant workers. |
