| 摘 要： | 高校是我国开展科学研究的一支重要力量。近年来,高校承担的科研项目和筹措的科研经费均大幅度增长,但其管理方式与发达国家相比,不论是科研经费的来源、分配,还是管理制度,差距仍然非常明显。在高校科研经费的管理问题上,只有结合我国实际,并借鉴国外的先进经验,才能真正为科研事业的进步服务。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities play an important role in our country's scientific R&D.Recently the projects and funds in this field have increased greatly,but in terms of management system,compared with developed countries,irrespective of the source of R&D,distribution and management system,the gap is still very obvious.In the management of university research funding,only with the reality of our country,and the successful experience abroad can we truly make service to the progress of scientific research in our country. |
