| 摘 要： | 以与基本民生需求密切相关的社会保障和就业、医疗卫生、公共教育和环境保护四方面为切入点，选择代表性指标变量，通过变异系数修正G1法的主客观赋权方式，构建衡量皖江城市带基本公共服务水平的指标体系，并对2007-2010年皖江城市带各城市基本公共服务水平予以评价。在此基础上，利用计量经济软件eviews6.0对皖江城市带基本公共服务与经济增长之间进行个体固定效应的面板数据回归分析。

| Abstract: | To closely related with basic livelihood needs of the social security and employment , health care , public education and the protection of the environment four aspects as the starting point , selecting the representative index variables , the coefficient of variation of the modified G1 method of subjective and objective weighting methods , construct the index system to measure the Wanjiang City Belt level of basic publicservices , and give an evaluation on the 2007-2010 the little city with the city level of basic public services . On this basis , regression analysis of panel data of individual fixed effects between the use of econometric software eviews 6.0 on Wanjiang City Belt of basic public services and economic growth . |
