| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨花样滑冰冰舞运动员身体成分构成对运动成绩的影响作用。方法:采用韩国产IN-BODY3.0人体成分分析仪,以我国冰上舞蹈最优秀的群体为研究对象,定期检测冰舞运动员全身肌肉、脂肪、水和营养物质等比例。结论:首次提出了来自国内最优秀花样滑冰冰舞运动员群体在创造最佳运动成绩时期的身体成分参数值,供广大教练员训练与选材参考。 |

| Abstract: | The article' purpose is to research the influence of figure skating ice dancers' body ingredient on the performance.The INBODY3.0 of body ingredient analysis instrument made in Korea is used to analyze the proportion of muscle,fat,water and nutrimental substance by monitoring the Chinese excellent ice dancers who are as the investigation object.It's for the first time to give the body ingredient reference parameters of Chinese excellent ice dancers in their best performance phase,which parameters may be as reference for the coaches to go with training and selecting the talent dancers. |
