| 摘 要： | 研究生群体差异性、分散性、自主性明显,价值取向呈现多元化、功利化、复杂化,心理矛盾增多、心理压力加大、心理问题多发,这些新变化和新特点,决定了研究生德育的艰巨性与复杂性,但目前的研究生德育工作却存在弱化趋势。党建工作具有独特的政治优势和组织优势,具有榜样示范、熔炉效应、阵地作用,可以成为研究生德育工作有力的抓手。以党建为核心全面加强和改进研究生德育,必须探索党员教育管理工作新机制,把握推进党建工作的重点环节,以构建网络为抓手,形成高效合力;以教育培养为龙头,建立长效机制;以社会实践为载体,拓展有效途径,保证党建工作的扎实有效。

| Abstract: | Graduates as a group have obvious features of difference,diffusion and independence,great psychological conflicts,psychological pressure,and psychological problems,with values that are varied,utilitarian,and complex.These characteristics determine the difficulty and complexity of the moral education of postgraduates.However,their moral education tends to decline.Party construction with its political and organizational advantages has an exemplary value and should be key to the moral education of postgraduates. |
