| 摘 要： | “全民健康战略”和“奥运争光战略”的制定与实施，具体体现了我国体育事业“普及与提高相结合”的发展原则。但在实际工作中，“两个战略”之间急需寻求一个彼此关联的中介点，形成一种相互支持和激励的互补机制。体育院校在我国体育事业的发展中，拥有科技与教育的双重优势，理当作为当前我国“两个战略”协调发展的中介点。体育院校在办学中应抓住机遇，改革旧有的办学方向和办学模式，以适应时代需求，使之真正成为教学、科研、训练三结合基地。

| Abstract: | The constitution and implement of national body-building strategy and Olympics glory strategy expounded the dialectical relations between high level competitive sport and national body-building, but in fact, two strategies developed disproportionably. Therefore, it is of key importance to find a intermediary point urgently and form a kind of complementary system which supports and stimulates each other. During the sports development of our country, physical education institutes have double advantages and should be taken as the intermediary point of two strategies harmonious development. Physical education institutes should grasp the opportunity, reform the old running direction to model and make themselves to be real teaching, research and training combined stations to adapt to a new period. |
