| 摘 要： | 本文分析了企业技术能力和技术管理能力的耦合作用机理,在此基础上,运用协同学理论构建了技术能力和技术管理能力的耦合度模型,具体包括功效函数、耦合度函数、耦合度指标体系和耦合协调度函数.最后,运用该模型对G集团进行实证研究,研究结果表明:G集团的技术能力和技术管理能力处于中度耦合、中度协调耦合状态.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of coupling mechanism of the enterprise's technology capacity and technology management capacity,coupling degree model is set up by means of synergistic theory,including efficiency function,coupling degree function,coupling degree index system and coupling coordination function.Finally,by taking G Corporation as a case,coupling degree model is used,and the results show that the technology capacity and technology management capacity of G Corporation is of middle coupling degree and middle coordination degree. |
