| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺内钙化在乳腺良恶性病变中线的X诊断价值。方法:经病理证实的,乳腺X线摄影确认的62例钙化病例,回顾性分析其钙化的形态、大小、密度、边缘、分布等特点。结果:62例乳腺钙化病例中,良性病变为43例,恶性病变19例。结论:乳腺内钙化的形态有助于乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the diagnostic value of X-ray for calcification in breast benign and malignant ailment.Methods:62 cases who had been received breast X-ray and proved by pathology were reviewed,and the shape of calification in the breast was analyzed.Results:In the 62 cases with the breast calification,the number of benign ailment was 44 cases and that of malignant ailment was 18cases.Conclusion:The shape of calification in the breast could help to make diagnoses between benign and malignant ailwent. |
