| Abstract: | Developing the county-level higher education is to construct the county-level higher educational system which serves the county-level development, promote the popularization of China＇ s higher education into counties, and lay a county-level strategic foundation for building China into a great power in higher education. It not only breaks new ground for the county-level development in China, but also turns a new leaf in the development of China＇ s higher education. Thus, it is an absolute choice of this era for the county-level development of the new period and the development of higher education in China. |
