摘    要:深化人事制度改革是行业转制高职院校人才强校的根本以及办出特色的关键。人事分配制度改革则是人事制度改革系统工程的重要一环。在实施行业转制高职院校人事分配制度改革的过程中,要转变观念,树立人才资源是第一资源的理念;引入科学的评价机制,改革薪酬制度;建立系统的职业生涯规划指导机制,激励教师进修提高。

Abstract:A systematic reform of the personnel distribution system is the key in running a talent-oriented college and making itself stand out. The reform of the personnel distribution system is an important aspec t in the systematic project of the reform of the personnel system. In the reform, we should transfer our con cept, establish the talent-oriented idea, draw into scientific evaluation system, reform income distribution system and set up career planning guiding system to encourage teachers to pursue further education and training.
