高职院校岗位津贴制度的存在问题及改革建议

摘    要:高校实行岗位津贴制度有着深刻的时代背景。由于缺少宏观政策的支撑,以及校内外多种因素的影响,高职院校岗位津贴分配制度尚存在一些问题。寻求宏观政策的支持,加强微观领域的制度建设,健全经费保障措施,将成为深化和完善高校分配制度改革的关键。文章提出了若干政策建议。

Abstract:For lack of micro-policy support and influenced by many factors inside and outside campus,allocating allowance in accordance with positions in higher institutions which came into being in the particular time brings many common problems.This paper analyzes the background,the current situation,the existing problems and policy making of the system of allocating allowance in accordance with positions,and points out to deepen and perfect the reform,it will be the key to seek micro-policy support,to strengthen system establishment,and perfect financial resources.
