| 摘 要： | 大学生志愿服务存在内容单一，服务空间有待拓展；服务保障制度、组织管理工作不完善等问题．大学生志愿服务活动常态化有利于增强大学生思想道德素质、和谐社会构建和校园文化建设。建立大学生志愿服务活动常态化机制的途径为：以社会主义核心价值观引领大学生志愿服务活动，完善高校扶持和社会协作机制，构建志愿组织建设的管理体系．

| Abstract: | Voluntary services of the undergraduates feature in sporadic activities, limited fields, lack of organization and management. So, the writer of this paper argues for strategies to establish a mechanism for the sake of ideological and moral construction, to build harmonious society and to create campus culture. |
