| 摘 要： | 美国高等教育质量既是一种确定的客观性普遍实质存在质量,也是一种不确定的主观性特殊本质价值质量,二者的超生态均衡构成了美国高等教育质量的全质内容和量级。存在形态的一元多样、规模结构的数量比例、功能内容的生产生活、价值定向的效率公平、财富分布的获取配置、调控管理的市场干预和演变运营的继承创新等方面的法治性、有机性、生存性、绩效性、资本性、竞优性和进化性超生态均衡,充分表明和彰显了美国高等教育具有为世人普遍认可并接受的较高质量和优教强国性能。

| Abstract: | The quality of higher education in the USA is both a certain existence of general objective sub-stance and an uncertain and special subjective essence.Equilibrium of super-ecology of the two characteristics constitutes of the grade and content of integral quality of higher education in the USA.The characters of equilibri-um of super-ecology have shown the higher quality and the function of excellent education. |
