| 摘 要： | 现代跳远运动的特点朝着助跑快、上板快、起跳快和腾起高的技术方向发展，这也必然导致了跳远助跑准确性难度的增大．助跑的好坏直接影响到后续技术环节的衔接，分析对影响跳远的助跑准确性主要因素及通过有效的训练方法的选择，提高跳远运动水平．

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the athletic seems to be meeting the challenge in the human＇s maximum; so increasingly requires has been attached to the athletes in an all-round way. As the technique development of the modern jumping＇s characteristics,which means＂three faster, one higher＂-the faster running up, the faster epiplatron, the faster jumping and the higher welling up. Otherwise, all these have caused the increasing of the accuracy of the run-up in distance jumping.Whether the good or bad run-ups will directly influence the link of subsequent technology,so it＇s important to stress the accuracy of run-up in distance jumping training.This paper is to analysis some choices and applications of the accurate factors that influence the run-up in distance jumping training,show some training approaches on the basis of the applications of correspondent and the composite analytic approach. And it will be only for your reference. |
