| 摘 要： | 宗族组织在清代有了长足的发展,并在司法权上实行有限度的自治。清代宗族调处在形成发展过程中,逐渐形成了具体的调解程序、调解原则,并以和息议约合同形式留存下来,具有很强的约束效力。清代宗族组织承担了大量对于民事关系的法律调整任务,通过对大量民间纠纷的调处,达到了维持封建秩序、巩固封建统治的目的。

| Abstract: | The clansman organization developed greatly in the Qing Dynasty which could be found in its limited autonomous rule in judiciary. Special procedure and principle, which took the form of avoiding legal action and concluding contract, developed gradually in mediation as clansman organization developing.
