| 摘 要： | 论述学生性格这一非智力因素对英语课堂教学的影响,并通过深入剖析影响学生性格的主要原因,以及该因素给正常的课堂教学所带来的影响,指出教师所应采取的策略,以期广大教师在认真“备学生”的同时,能够了解他们的个性差异,调动其非智力因素,达到教与学双赢的效果。

| Abstract: | This thesis mainly discusses the influence of students' characters,one of the non-intelligence factors,on English teaching.By analyzing the major causes and the impact of this factor on teaching,some specific suggestions are presented,hoping that teachers will get more knowledge about the differences of in-dividual characters,develop the non-intelligence factors,and hence,improve both teaching and study when they are diligently making preparations for their students. |
