伐柯效应—师范教育特性探究

摘    要:本文从概念界说、事实根据、表现形式、参照系统、认知过程与重要意义等方面,探究师范教育工作中的施教者的工作制约诸受教育的后继工作,施教者的工作模式成为诸受教者后继施教的规范(榜样)的伐柯效应,旨在揭示师范教育通过伐柯效应制约教育事业的内在规律,以强化师范教育,提高师范教育质量,促进师范教育与一般教育的改革与发展。

Abstract:By examining the concepts, facts, manifestation, as well as parameters, cognitive processes and significance of the normal education, the paper points out that the educators are restricted by the post work of education, by the educators' own working mode, which in turn displays the axe handle shaping effect (or sets the example) for the would be educators. It further analyzes that the inherent law of teacher education is conditioned by the axe handle shaping effect so as to strengthen teacher education, improve its quality and advance the reform and development in both teacher education and general education.
