| 摘 要： | 用症状自评量表(SCL90)对广州市80名高校辅导员进行调查,结果发现,高校辅导员心理健康状况较差,除人际关系敏感因子外,其他8个因子和总均分都与全国常模差异达到非常显著的水平;同时,心理健康问题检出率也较高,总体检出率为4.1%,9个因子的最高检出率为8.1%.高校应充分重视辅导员心理健康的维护.

| Abstract: | 80 university counselors working in Guangzhou were assessed with symptom checklist-90(SCL90).The results showed that their mental health condition were relatively poor.Except for the interpersonal relationship factor,the other eight and the total average were markedly higher than that in Chinese norm.Meanwhile,the overall detectable rate of the mental health problem was 4.1% and the highest detectable rate reached 8.1% in those of the nine factors which suggested that it was at an upper level.Thus,the mental health maintenance of the university counselor should be paid great attention to. |
