| 摘 要： | 面对21世纪的挑战,高等教育如何适应经济发展和社会改革的需求,如何加强学生创新能力的培养,已成为我国当今高等教育改革的重要课题.笔者从应用型本科院校及其创新型人才培养的现状、培养创新型人才的重要性等方面入手,去探索应用型本科院校中创新型人才培养的方法和途径.
